Suite au dévoilement des résultats de l’étude de Hill Strategies (Cartographie des artistes et des travailleurs culturels dans les grandes villes du Canada), La Presse publiait mercredi 10 février dernier, un court article intitulé « Le Plateau s’érode : les artistes migrent ».

Céline Boucher
My approach as an artist grows in various ways and is depending on the specifics of a project. The practice is rather interdisciplinary ; installation, performance, vocal exploration, interaction, improvised music and video.
However, I still work with the concepts of silence and noise that I explore from experiences and observed through deafness. This situation can make visible and tangible, by perception, a sense of vulnerability.

Festival is presented by The Alliance Française du Manitoba in partnership with the Collège Universitaire de Saint-Boniface. This year it is also being supported by the Winnipeg Cultural Capital of Canada 2010 (WCCC 2010) through the ARTS FOR ALL program.
